The sentenced murderer was afraid for his life at the California Substance Abuse Treatment Facility & State Prison in Corcoran so he appealed for a transfer to Pleasant Valley State Prison in Coalinga, but has since learned that his new palace has a deadly mold and bacteria that has killed several other inmates.

Phil Spector’s wife, Rachelle Short, has expressed concerns about him moving to the new facility:

“They are sending Phil there to die.  He is scared to death.  When I saw him on Saturday, he was shaking…He’s 70 years old and 130 pounds…We are trying to appeal over this, but he’s been told he has no time.  He’s already been given his bus pass out of Corcoran.”

I guess he should have thought about that before he shot and killed Lana Clarkson!
