East Side Ink in New York City was slapped with a pretty hefty fine in the range of $200-$2000 for letting Rihanna ink a few of their clients last July. The NYC Department of Health issued a citation to the business for “operating with an unlicensed tattoo artist” in the store. How would they even know? I smell a rat.
