Former NBA star, Charles Barkley, was pulled over by police in Scottsdale, AZ on Dec. 31, 2008 for driving under the influence. Yesterday he was sentenced to 10 days in jail for the offense, but will only serve 5 days and attend an alcohol education program.

Barkley was arrested after running a stop sign and refused to take a breath test at the scene. However he told the officer on duty that he was in such a hurry because he had to go get some oral sex. No shit. We can’t make this stuff up.

Barkley is set to report to jail on Mar. 21st.
