Miley Cyrus was spotted parking in a handicapped space on Sunday night. Cyrus out at Millions of Milkshakes in LA getting some dessert with her way older boyfriend, Justin Gaston. Cyrus, who just recently turned 16 and got her driver’s license, took several tries on backing out of the spot and then even made a comment to the paparazzi who was filming: “I’m just saying, that was some intense backing up!”

Why does this chick think she’s above the law? I wish the police would have came and given her a ticket for parking in a handicapped slot without a permit while she was in the ice cream store.
