Former pop star and “Grease” actress, Olivia Newton-John was devastated in 2005 when her then boyfriend Patrick McDermott went mysteriously missing during a fishing trip. There have been numerous cases of him being seen all around the world and it is speculated that he is indeed alive and well and only faked his disappearance to get away from hefty debts.

But now there is even more to the odd story. PopEater is reporting that there was a letter faxed on McDermott’s behalf and it says that the cameraman is definitely alive and well and just wishes to be left alone.

Yeah okay buddy, tell that to your big money creditors. I’m sure they’ll honor your requests to be left alone!
