When Madonna ran into her ex-husband, Sean Penn, at an Oscar Awards afterparty, she complimented him on his award-winning role for “Milk”. Sean on the other hand replied with: “Thanks. Another kid already?”as he motioned to Madge’s 22-year-old boytoy, Jesus Luz.

We never thought Sean Penn would be the bitchier one of the two!
