While out on the town in Hollywood yesterday, Michael Jackson’s older sister, LaToya Jackson, says she thinks her brother was intentionally killed and not an accident. As photographers met up with her outside LA trendy restaurant Madeo, Jackson said: “It’s murder, I think someone did it. That’s my opinion.”

LaToya might not be the only one to proclaim intentional homocide on her brother. Her father, Joseph Jackson, has also stated in the media that he thought the incident was “foul play”. TMZ is even reporting that the MJ investigation is being treated as a homicide.
