Since LAPD are now confirming this case is being treated as a homicide, who do you think is responsible? Is it the first doctor that ever prescribed Michael Jackson a controlled medication which led to his addiction, or is it just this last doctor that administered the lethal dose? Or are none of them to blame and Jackson should have been responsible for his own actions? This is a heated topic of debate and I’m not sure if the LAPD knows who to charge in the crime.

First Degree Murder must be pre-meditated and have a motive. Surely Dr. Conrad Murray didn’t have intent to kill Jackson, that was his paycheck! So should it be Second Degree Murder, Manslaughter, Involuntary Manslaughter or even any charges at all?
