When I was a kid I fucking lived on the A-Team, The Dukes of Hazzard, GI Joe, and The Snorks. Ok ok so I wasn’t ready to fully grow up thus I hung onto the snorks. It just looked like so much fun to live underwater and jet around using my mutant snorkel.

But I digress, the trend in Hollywood these days is fancy remakes of 80’s favorites with the Transformers (which I think the movies blew) as well as all the superhero movies and then there is this summers absolute blockbuster GI Joe.

Now according to some internet rumors:

Twentieth Century Fox has assembled a creative team to turn the popular 80’s TV series into a summer movie slated for a 2010 release.

This could be pretty damn kickass and compared with the other ones not a really hard movie to make. Now if only they would remake TJ Hooker I would be all set!
