Just minutes before a concert in Stockholm, Sweden, the lead singer of rock group Metallica, James Hetfield, was rushed to the hospital and 16,000 eagerly waiting fans had to be disappointed. It was said that the singer caught the stomach flu and was hospitalized for “dehydration”, but was released later that evening.

Drummer Lars Ulrich was the one to break the news to fans onstage and said the band was, “truly, truly, truly sorry…..trust me, none of you guys wanna hear me, Rob or Kirk sing,”
