Michael Jackson recently announced his comeback tour “This Is It” that will be starting in London in July. At the press conference Jackson held to announce the tour, he mentioned that he would be playing some old favorites. However concert promoter, Randy Phillips, is now confirming that MJ is going to be recording some new tracks as well,

“There will be a new Michael Jackson single before the first date. Michael has got some new music and he is looking for a new way of disseminating his material to his fans.”

Hopefully this new music won’t go the way of the Hurricane Katrina relief fund single that Jackson promised that was never released.
