In a surprising twist of events, one of the contestants, Chima Simone, of Big Brother 11 quit the show! She is now making accusations that the show is rigged and the “live” tapings are not really live. On August 15, she was in the back yard preparing for a competition with other contestants when Big Brother asked her to put her microphone on. When one of the other contestants handed her the microphone, she had a fit and threw it in the jacuzzi.

Producer Allison Grodner sat everyone down and called the contestants into the living room for a meeting. She informed Chima that she would have to pay for the microphone out of her weekly stipend. But then the live feeds went black for about 90 minutes and by the time they came back online, Chima had quit the show. This is the first time in 11 seasons that a contestant has quit.
