In a lawsuit that was filed against Interactive Media Marketing Inc. of Nashville, the defendants claimed that the Hannah Montana Fan Club didn’t deliver on promises made. Apparently the fan club advertised that they would offer early concert tickets to fan club members before they were released to the general public. However the concert sold out before the fan club members could even get access to their tickets.

To make reparations for the damages, the court ruled that the fan club members affected in the suit would get their yearly memberships extended for free by four months. Plus the company had to pay $20,000 in penalties and posted a notice on their website: “Purchase of a MileyWorld fan club membership does not guarantee access to tickets.”

Meanwhile, Miley Cyrus was too busy stuffing her face full of Millions of Milkshakes.
